Operations & Executive Service Manager

Tom joined the Corporate Travel Management industry in 1991 with McGregor Travel which was acquired by Navigant International and later by Carlson Wagonlit Travel. In that time, Tom has held a variety of positions as Agent, Trainer, Manager and Director.

Most recently, Tom spent 13 years with Carlson Wagonlit Travel as VIP & Concierge Manager where he helped design their updated Concierge Service. Tom joined Direct Travel in early 2018 and is managing the San Francisco office as well as the Executive Elite team as well as improving service delivery across the West Region.
