Outside of work Gina enjoys spending time with her family and her Toy Fox Terrier Danny. Cruising is her favorite vacation.
A highly skilled industry veteran, Gina brings a wealth of experience spent in the corporate, leisure, and meetings management space that spans 27+ years. Throughout her various roles—including travel counselor, VIP team lead, account manager, and now director, account management.
Knowing that every client is unique, Gina’s primary focus is to truly listen and understand her clients’ corporate and travel program needs and cultures, and deliver solutions. With informed insights she is her clients’ strategic guide, working collaboratively with the functional teams at Direct APTI Global Travel and preferred suppliers to craft a business plan that provides a roadmap to success that is specific and measurable.
Tailored to client need and pain points, Gina’s business plans outline creative solutions for cost savings, efficiencies, and service at the corporate and traveler levels – all geared toward meeting and exceeding client goals. Strategic and tactical, Gina’s role includes supplier negotiations, integrating best-in-class technologies and tools that impact traveler behavior (OBT adoption, use of preferred programs, and advance booking for example), analyzing and interpreting travel data, establishing benchmarks, and much more – all in an effort to support goals and drive success for her clients.
Gina interfaces regularly with her clients at all possible touch points including quarterly, semi-annual, and annual business reviews, as well via regular meetings, calls, and business events.
Gina is based in Denver.
